Trying to do initial hook-up. Orbi finds the netwrok, I hok-up the base then the satellite. it confimrs it finds netwrok but then says it cannot find internet connection. All lights on modem are green - and confirmed all the neighbors internet is working fine.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed?
