Ax6000 download speeds max at 94 mbps via ethernet and wifi
I am only receiving 94 mbps via wifi and ethernet on all devices.. new orbi rbk 853 setup.. I have changed multiple settings and I have now downgraded firmware.. I am stuck at 90 mbps... If I connect ...

Ok, I would get the RBR replaced. If it's only showing 100Mpbs on the WAN port while connected to a 1000Mpbs port on the modem and a known working router, the RBR would be bad. Either contact NG support and ask about an RMA or return the system to place of purchase if thats still available to you.
- Ughhh my son just clicked that as a solution.... this has obviously not been resolved..
So it appears that the hardware is defective.. Am I correct?? but how do I convince them to RMA?? They just keep coming up with different excusues... Ya, something is happening on the RBR that when connecting to two different 1000Mpbs connections is NOT getting that link rate on the RBR. If resets and power cycles are not helping, then the HW needs to be replaced.
