Best router for multiple WiFi ring cameras

My current router is dying. I see there some new technology since my last router. Don’t know what much of it means. I am in need of a new router but there’s so many to pick from. Hoping someone can help me narrow it down.

Info:
House: 2500sqft

WiFi use:
7- ring WiFi camera
3- iPhones
2- HD streaming tv
3- thermostat
2- Alexa
2- garage door opener
2-smart switches
2-smart outlet
Laptop or iPad some times
Xbox sometimes
My pc I connect via Ethernet

Probably more stuff in the future but that’s the main

My max internet speed is 100mbps currently. Most likely will never be more then 300mbps

Doesn’t have to be a WiFi 6 or nighthawk but it seems that WiFi 6 will be the future.
