Products: 700 Soundbar, 500 Home Speaker, Portable Smart Speaker
Band: with RBRE960 it has 2.4, 5, and 6 however it only displays as 1 single Wi-Fi option e.g. I don’t see WIFI2.4, WIFI5, WIFI6
Modem: I have Spectrum Fiber. I’m not sure what the modem is. They didn’t give me a choice to use my own (reason they gave was because it’s fiber)
Firmware: Orbi Router Firmware - V6.0.3.85
I do have the option of creating a WiFi-IOT (internet of things) band. I did try it but it too failed. I’m not certain if my phone was on that band or not though.

there should be a fibre gateway with a model number on it. Do you have that?
Also, are you using ios or android for setup?

Using iOS. I have tried it on 2 different phones.

Make sure that icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled on the ios device.
We've seen issues on the apps when users are using those features on ios.
