Can’t access web Ui of Orbi RBS850
Hi all, I purchased the Orbi RBR850 tri pack last year. It’s running in router mode with the 2 satellites connected wirelessly. i’ve not had any issues until today when I logged into router website...
Ok, so i downgraded to fw 4.6.14.3 on the router. I then unplugged both satellites and brought them to the same room. Plugged in just one satellite with a cable and left all other cables unplugged exept for laptop.
The satellite got a new ip address but i still can't log into it, backhaul status flicked between "good" and "out of sync" several times, before settling on "out of sync".
i then held in the reset button on the satellite till it flashed orange, but when it reconnects it is still the same.
Last resort is you can try a 30-30-30 reset on the one RBS and see if this can get the RBS to connect and you logged into it. If this fails, I'd return this one RBS and get another.
