Can’t get to advanced settings Orbi RBK763
I need to set my Orbi up using my provider’s PPPOE settings (IINET). I also need to change the Bridge/VLAN settings. Using the Orbi app, I can get as far as adding the PPPOE user name and password ...
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Eventually got it all set up. Just had to factory reset the Orbi multiple times and eventually it actually accepted the adjusted settings.
Technically wasn’t difficult; the main problem was that it is all so automated and reliant on the app that there’s very little info if you need to get into the deeper settings. With help from you all and tech support I got there in the end, but I am not techy at all. For anyone expecting plug and play and not comfortable clicking around, this would have been VERY frustrating.
Anyway, thanks everyone!!!
