This sounds like an excellent topic for the speaker support staff to address.
The User Manual clearly shows that the main speaker has an Ethernet port for a wired connection to the home router.
Yet there is absolutely zero information in the User Manual about how to use this Ethernet port.

To answer the specific question, Yes. The Orbi router can be configured so that any device will receive exactly the same IP address every time it is connected. This is a function of the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net ) on the Advanced Tab, Setup Menu, LAN Setup. see page 61 of the RBR350 User Guide:

What should happen is that the speaker will connected automatically to the router when the Ethernet cable is connected and the smartphone app should detect that it is on the network.
