Can I assign a fixed IP for my KEF LSX speaker?

I need to use the app from my phone to control the speaker which mean both devices have to be on the same network.

And the speakers is connected into the wifi system, but the app cannot connect and control the speaker

which mean they are not really in the same place?

1. taped the Wifi logo on the app->the speackers turn on(in wifi mode) -> app freezed for about 1min -> message poped up saying something like "fail to switch source" etc. ->the speackers ALREADY on(in wifi mode), but it is not functional, you can connect it via airplay in Tidal but no sound will be played when the song is actually playing.
2. taped the Wifi logo on the app->the speackers dont turn on-> "Powering on..." stays forever
3. taped the Wifi logo on the app->the speackers dont turn on-> "Powering on..." stays forever-> taped the "..." on the top right hand corner-> back to main page -> app shows the LSX is on, but it's not.
4. taped any logo other than Wifi mode on the app->the speackers turn on successfully-> change to wifi mode -> "fail to switch source"
