Can I use extra Orbi satellite US version (‎RBS750-100NAS) with a EU Orbi router (RBK753-100EUS)?

Hello

 

Can I use extra Orbi satellite of US version (‎RBS750-100NAS) with a Orbi router of EU version (RBK753-100EUS) ?

    Should be able too, as long as the FW version is same across the board.

    Not sure if it'll work. or if it does, how well it'll work. 

    Reason why is the EU version has different broadcast restrictions versus the NA version. 

    And the NA version are region locked. 

    So it might create instability issues there.

      Netgear certainly has created a nightmare for customers by locking the region on some routers. My hunch is that the region code is set on the router and propagated to the satellites from the router setting.  Everything else works that way: channel settings, power settings, SSIDs, passwords, security settings, etc.
