can not see whats connected to rbs350 satellite

i just bought a RBR750 and 2 of RBS350 came as a set, its all hooked up and works good, but i can not see whats connected to the rbs350 unless i log into them. firmware for the rbr750 isV4.6.14.3 and...

You need to update the RBS to same version of FW:

Be sure to remember to update the RBS first, then RBR lastly.
