Can RBK853 bought in US/JP be used in Hong Kong?

Hi all,

 

Can I use the RBK853 bought in US/JP in Hong Kong?  Does it only need to change the power adapters?

    I know the NA region ones are region locked. Not sure about the version you have. 

    If you can change the region, it'll work fine. 

    If not, then you might be violating some broadcast restrictions. 

     

    Not sure about the hong kong broadcast restrictions.
