Cannnot log into router
I cant log into the router and my password reset wont work because it says the responses are wrong when they are in fact not wrong and I need help
If you don't know the password and password recovery doesn't work (or wasn't initially setup), then you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Then follow the install guide.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.
