Cannot access (so far) 2 x secure websites where a login is required
I am following this thread with interest. I have just purchased an Orbi RBR850 and have the same problem i.e. cannot access (so far) 2 x secure websites where a login is required - Yahoo Mail is one of them. If I disconnect from the Orbi and tether to those website with a mobile phone hotspot then we can connect ok. Latest firmware installed in the Orbi. Chrome is the browser, caches cleared, same problem irrespective of laptop or phone use. Same error message. I don't get it, no issues with other secure sites which require a login. Reading through this thread has a cause and solution been determined?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What DNS addresses are you using?
Try a custom DNS, like Cloudfare, Google or Quad9

Hi Furrye38
Software is V4.6.14.3
Modem is an Arris CM82008 P2
Orbi RBR850 Router
Cat 6 LAN cable
DNS applied by ISP - set to automatic.
What I don't get is that this only happens with 3 websites at the moment. All other secure websites are fine. Turn the wifi off on the phone (so go through the 5 G network, so a differnet ISP I guess) no problems with these 3 sites. Replace the Orbi with a cheaper router provided by our ISP and, again, no problems with these 3 sites when using our computers. It has to be a setting in the Orbi?

Are these sites public sites or something private or custom? Can you post them or PM me these site URLs?
