Cannot login to router

I have had Orbi's on my network for years but the setup out of the box on this one had me in knots. I finally was able to proceed past the Admin account settings. Woof. I was able to get it and the sat. setup. Thanks again for your response.

Cannot mark as solved...apologies. It famously took a nap on me and then I tried to downgrade the firmware. I was successful in doing that but then the bugger upgraded to the newest firmware automatically. I removed it from my network and reinstalled my RBR50 until such time as they issue a fix in a future firmware update.
And is there a problem after the Orbi AX system updated to v16?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
