Cannot login to webpage as Admin any more
Hi, I have a new Orbi mesh router that is all setup and working. I had to setup up some NAT stuff, so went into the devices web page on my computer, and also changed the admin password to so...
Ok, I fixed this with a reboot of the Orbi ..
So it seems, it is a firmware bug, to my mind it should not perform like that, I would not like my customers to have to go though that in one of my net connected products.
What model Orbi system do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using? This happens in other browsers like MS Edge or Firefox or Opera?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches and saved PW profiles with in the browser.
