Cannot sync extra RBS850 to existing RBK853 system

Hello,

I've purchased an additional RBS850 satellite to add to my exiting RBK853 system, when i connect this RBS to my RBR the led indicator turn blue, so there is a connection but this additional RBS does not add to the mesh, it (the sattelite) keeps its original SSID.
The firmware of all the devices is the same (see pictures).
I can see it is connected in the orbi app, but the icon of this RBS is different than the other satellites and i cannot see the hardware version (pic. Orbi satellite-1 slaapkamer), firmware version en serialnumber, i can see this information in the app of the other two satellites (pic. Orbi satellite-1 overkapping and Orbi satellite-2 zolder)
I encountered this problem before with a totaly different ORBI RBK853 system and was not able to solve it.
All the satellites are wired connected to the router.
Please see the pictures attached to this post of the setup, for additional information.

Thanks for the help.

Kind regards,
Peter

    Complete system was/is wired backhaul.

How may satellites can be connected to the RBR, when it (the RBR itself) is in AP mode?

I've performed a complete new setup of the system.
In the beginning the RBR is in router-mode, and all the satelittes are connected the right way, they are all (3) synced.
But when i put the RBR in AP mode, one sattelite will not connect the right way, it is out of sync.
So i connected first one rbs (when RBR is in AP mode) and synchronized it, than i turned of the power of this rbs (nr. 1), than i connected nr. 2 and also nr. 3 and synchronized them also. When nr. 2 and 3 where connected (up and running) i powered up nr. 1 (it was allready synchronized before) all the 3 rbs are synchronized now. And problem solved!

  • Log into the one RBS web page seen at that IP address for that RBS and update the FW on the RBS to same version as the rest of the system. RBS need to be at same level of FW.

      Thank you for your reaction.

All the satellites and router have the same FW. I allready updated the FW to the latest version V4.6.9.11 (on all the devices).
But this did not solve the problem.

Turn OFF all RBS. Remove the one RBS from the RBRs web page by selecting the REMOVE button. Reboot the RBR. After the RBR is ready and with this one RBS in the same room, resync the RBS to the RBR using the sync buttons on each unit. Give it about 5 minutes. Keep checking the RBRs web page for sync status here.
