Cannot update firmware on Netgear Orbi BRK753S-100NAS
Netgear Orbi BRK753S-100NAS
Firmware version V3.2.15.25
Cannot update firmware to V3.2.16.6
Auto download fails for router (not satellites) with 'update failed' message.
Manual download works, but a manual update also fails.
How am I to update?

Use a different browser, IE11, Firefox, Edge or Opera.
Be sure the downloaded .zip file is unpacked.

Was able to update after unpacking the zip
I would recommend that the error message be updated to provide this information to make it easier for users to utilize self-help in diagnosing the problem.
