Canot login to Router
Hi Please Please can someone help Im sorry to sound stupid and im sure this might have been covered So I call support who send me a Link to be able to login to my Orbi. The link does not work...

I just did what you said which was working anyhow, however im trying to get into my Router, so that I can do the the following, unfortunately im not able to do this as the it keeps asking for password etc, even though what's been entered is correct
Im Trying to get into the Router so I can see whats blocked etc as im having trouble getting a device to connect
So if you disconnect the RBR from the ISP modem and leave 1 wired PC connected to the router and press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Clear all browser caches, then after the front LED starts to pulsate WHITE, enter 192.168.1.1 in to the web browser and walk thru the setup wizard, using the manual setup option, can you get to the home screen?

Yes I got in there
Basicly I have a 02 Boost box which connects , so my mobile phone signal is boosted
As I could not see it in Connected devices , I wondered if I acidentially blocked it from connecting
It still won’t connect so I’ll call 02 for a replacement
I managed to see the security settings and clearly nothings blocked
