After updating the RBS, did you update the RBRs FW as well, then power everything OFF for a minute or more then back ON one at a time?

    No I didn't update the RBR yet.  After seeing the satellites come back as unresponsive I was concerned the update would hose my router and I lose connectivity to the internet.
