Can't update firmware on brand new RBK753
I just bought a new RBK753, and the admin page in a browser shows that the current firmware is V3.2.16.22_1.4.9, which is a year and a half old. It shows that a new version is available - V4.6.5.14 -...
What browser are you using?
Try updating the RBS FIRST to v3.2.18.1 then RBR using a web browser and ethernet connected PC connected to the RBS web page. Log into the RBS web pages and send the unpacked FW file here. Be sure to unpack the .zip fie to reveal the .chk file. Then try same with the RBR. I recommend using MS Edge or FireFox for this.
Can you get to this version of FW?
