Can't update RBS and RBR850 from 7.2.6.31 to 7.2.7.15 - Error file
Hi all, I'm tryting to manually update my RBR850 and RBS850 to 7.2.7.15. When I try to upload the file, the GUI is telling me that there's an error with the file. Tried to download it with diff...

Probleme solved. I rebooted the router first and updated the router by uploading manually the firmware.
Zen, I rebooted each sattelite and updated them one by one using the router advanced parameters interface for manual upload and not a direct http connection to the sattelite.
It worked.

Be sure you are unpacking the .zip file to reveal the .chk file your sending to the RBS units first.
Be sure you are sending the RBS FW file to the RBS and the RBR FW file to the RBR, lastly.
Happens with MS Edge or Firefox?

I decompressed the files and tried to upload the right CHKs.
I tested with Edge, Firefox and Chrome on a MAC and PC...
So... still struggling...
And you are using the RBS web page to upload the FW file?
There a screen capture of this error when it happens?
