Please continue to post over in the Orbi with Cable modem forum for your model system. This differs from the RBK system.
Thank you.

Hello Blanca, Darren and Furrye38 - Blanca_O , DarrelM , FURRYe38 ,
It has been about 6 weeks since these firmware upgrades were introduced and have degraded performance of our modem router/satelite. I have spent several hours with Netgear support personnel, who have just asked for more and more logs and I have not seen a solution from them. For now, I have given up on Netgear Engineering/R&D/Support providing any update firmware, be it beta.
There are bits and pieces of from various users, spread across various Netgear Orbi products - RBK752/3. RBK852/3, RBR750, RBR850, RBS750, RBS850,CBR750, CBR40, etc. and "rolling" back firmwares to prior versions on Netgear Community posts and Reddit posts!!!
Can Netgear Support to put together a "FAQ" with steps, which versions of firmware to "roll-back" to, and specific to the products, such as CBK752?
Thanks in Advance,
Al.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX With Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi with cable modem and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

I have FURRYe38 in the Orbi with Built-in Cable Modem section of Netgear Community:
There seem to be bits and pieces in various sections and posts cross-referencing each other. If the only solution today is "hacking" it, and it seems that these might be some of the steps:
1) In browser console, changing HTML/CSS code (to have "Yes" button show up) to roll-back from older version
2) Using Debug site to enable Telnet and then
3) Telnet to disable auto-update
A "FAQ", be it an interim fix, till the the firmware upgrades are provided, would at least get us past this issue.
Thanks,
Al
