What speed tier package do you pay for UP and Down from the ISP?
You have some channels that are running too high in power:

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

What channels are you using?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

I have comcast's fastest available setup 900mb.
What channels are you using? Wireless is auto for 2.4, channel 48 for 5mhz (i have the same issue when connected by wire as well)
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? None
You have some channels that are running too high in power: Comcast already installed a splitter to reduce power level

The ISP needs to review and resolve any Critical, Errors or Warnings seen in the Event logs.
Can you post a new capture of the Cable Connections status page so we can check the new power levels?

Comcast has come out 4 times. They say the best they can tell I have a good signal to the house.
They did say db power was to high, so they added splitter to lower power level (as high as 10.8 on Channel 1)
I replaced the cable line from the modem to the cable box on the back of my house...still had some disconnects.
Comcast says I am at the end of the cable line for my street (older overhead lines) so that's that.
Almost all disconnects are between 9:00 and 2:00.

Well power is better. However the power levels in between each channel is not with in 3db of each other. You have channel 1 at 7db and it all all falling down to 1.2db on channel 31.
You might ask the ISP for a temp load of one of there modem units and see if the problem continues or not with theres. This would give you more direction.
