Cbr750 after firmware update, no internet
3/1/23. I had a notice of a firmware update on the Orbi app. I updated and now the is no internet connection. Orbi has been rebooted multiple times by myself and from Cox's end. We unplugged it for 10...
- Sorry for the late reply. I have been working on this and have it working now.
I connected a laptop via wire to the Orbi and logged into it. I found that the firmware update had reset all connections to "blocked". I set each to "allow", and am able to connect now.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
