I just went the the NG web page or firmware downloads and documentation. Firmware version 4 has been removed. https://www.netgear.com/support/product/CBR750.aspx#download

FW was removed from support website for abudance of caution since the root cause was not clear.
Now that problem has been rectified by ISP, we will work through to get new FW back (we will let things stabilize to make sure there are no new cases).
change was in CM boot file where ISP was doing changes for network and the CM Boot file for this model was errorneously coded.

VkDelta, Well up and running now in the Fairfax County, VA area on Cox. Just had the CBR750 reprovisioned and all is working. With the start of school this week, I was getting hammered by my wife and daughter to get the internet working. Especially with all the school stuff online these days, no one uses real books anymore.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
