CBR750 having issued with Cox after move

I had the system I have now with cox at a different address and never had any issues with it.  Now I have moved and it is terrible and none of the techs can figure out why.

Well they haven't reviewed them but they did leave their modem/router and everything seems to work fine now.  What is the return policy on this router I think I must have gotten a defective one.
