CBR750 No Internet Xfinity after firmware update
I lost internet connectivity yesterday with Orbi CBR750 modem/router combo after upgrading firmware from v3 to 4. I have Xfinity. I've had the Orbi about 5 months and it worked fine until now. I'm really disappointed that their is no way to roll back firmware upgrade. I will probably just dump it. It seems there is no way to fix the issue. Resetting it didn't help at all. I'm done with Netgear products.

Has a full power OFF off the CBR for 5 minutes then back ON been performed?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
