CBR750 not tranmitting to Comcast
So after getting my replacement CBR750 a new problem has come up. I had a Comcast tech onsite Saturday 12-17-2022 after fixing a bunch of noisy lines, my speed is still around the same 910-890. However the tech told me that my modem isn't transmitting back to them, so he isn't sure how I am actually online. My modem showed inactive on his device and it should show active. When I look at my Comcast app it shows my modem offline (not connected) He looked in the history from my old modem and that modem wasn't transmitting back to Comcast either. I purchased a test modem and that modem was transmitting to Comcast. Is this a known problem for the CBR750?

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly. I see some critical that the ISP needs to look at.
"Config File Rejected due to Invalid or Unexpected TLV 11"
"Error (4) Missing Mandatory MDD TLV on primary DS Channel"
Has a factory reset been performed with the CBR disconnected from the ISP Coax line.
Was the test modem another CBR or a different modem altogether?
