I see too many problems in the event log that the ISP should look into.
Connections looks ok, though some correct and un-correctables however I don't think that should be effecting what the ISP is reporting.
I know you had a new same model from Amazon and it worked. Unless the ISP did something else on the 17th, not sure if this would be there issue or the CBR. Any chance you have a friend or family member that you could take this unit too and see if this follows?
I've ask NG to review this.

As stated in my previous post. The tech looked up the unit I was using from Amazon and it was not transmitting either. However the CAX80 that I used for testing was transmitting to Comcast without issues, I also used a Arris G36 for testing and that modem also was transmitting to Comcast. These were before the 12-17-2022 visit from the tech. All the tech did was add back noise filters on a couple of noisy lines in the tap in my back yard. He tested the line all the way up to the modem and found no issues. And as previously stated there are no splitters or filters in my line. It is a straight shot from the tap to the side of my house and up the wall connected directly to my modem. I am on my own port in the tap and he tested all ports on the tap and found no issues at the tap.

Can you post a picture of what the CC app looks like showing the modem off line with the CBR connected?

And if you still have the beta files I sent you for the first CBR, can you load them up and see if this is still happening.
NG is looking into this...

So talking with the tech on Saturday he showed me his phone will all his tools and my account showed offline. He pulled up my neighbors account and everything was green. He also pulled up my history of modems on his phone and pulled up the CAX80 and it showed online and active and then pulled up the G36 showed online and active. He then pulled up the Amazon CBR750 and it showed the same status as my replacement offline and not connected. Here are the screenshots you requested from the CC app. The sn is correct it was checked by the tech on saturday. While he was in my house he sent the modem a signal and it never responded as it is showing offline.

So to update. After installing the FW you sent me, I still have the same issue. The modem is showing offline (not connected) on the CC app. I also contacted the tech who was here on Saturday to have him pull it up on his side and he is still showing the modem not transmitting and offline.

So I'm guessing this was my Christmas present from either NG or CC. I wake up this morning and find my modem with a solid led light showing at the bottom. So I opened a web browser and tried to get into the modem and was unable, I opened the network connection page of Windows and it showed that the modem wasn't connected as I had no IP address. I tried putting it in manually the IP for my computer and for the gateway (CBR750) and hit save, but was still unable to access the modem. It just timed out. So I unplugged the modem and waited about 5 mins, then plugged it back in and waited for it to come back online. Still has the solid white light on the bottom (photo attached). So I tried a factory reset and the modem went through the process (Never rebooted the lights on the front stayed solid the whole time, The only lights that blinked or changed color was the LED ring on the bottom) and came back to the state with the solid white light on the bottom. I tried this with both the coax connected and disconnected and
I again tried to get into the modem with no luck. (I then revert back to automatic DHCP from my PC and was still
unable to obtain and IP or gateway information) Seems like the modem is bricked. I found a oooooooold modem and set it up with CC and seems to be working with no issues and I can login to the modem with no issues. My CBR750 has been unplugged for over 8+ hours and when I plug it in (No coax connected) and wait for it to boot it gives me that solid white light at the bottom. After looking up what the lights mean. It looks like my CBR750 is resetting to factory default but never completes. And I am still unable to login to the CBR750 nor does it show connected to my PC (wired) and it doesn't obtain and IP address either.
