CBR750 problem with connection and setup
Few things happened
STEP1: I had problems with internet over last 2 weeks. People during calls will complaint that i drop out. Xfinity came to check and replaced the cable but problem continues.
STEP2: I decided to do factory reset on my CBR750 and both satelites. After the restart i cannot setup it with mobile app. When i connect to wifi it is showing connected but no internet access (despite the fact that all 4 diodes are up).
STEP 3: I connected cable connection and i was able to get internet on my laptop. I setup modem/router via web interface but & selected same wifi/password. Ultimately my mobile phone is showing that it cannot connect to wifi (connection failed)
STEP4: factory reset again, cable connection to laptop, setup new wifi name & password -> at this moment my mobile can connect and access internet
STEP5: i don't want to change wifi setting for all 50 devices which i have at home. So i setup guest network with old login and password and some devices can connect while some others cannot (like my Samsung S22 phone or Roku TV)
It seems that factory reset is not really fully cleaning the modem...I manually updated firmware (same was installed before restart) and tried above steps multiple times. All the time same results...Any idea how to really fully clean CBR750? or what else to do to make sure it is working correctly?
thanks

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

i am trying to reply but seems my replies get deleted 😞
i have 2 satellites but i didn't set them up till now. I cannot even setup main modem, not talking about satellites
i have 3500sq ft + basement, each floor has 1 orbi, aroun 20-30ft from each other
Wired seems to be working fine, wireless seems to be a problem
i am using auto channel for 2.4ghz and 48 channel for 5ghz
it is single family house, not sure if neighbours have netgear
i am thinking to maybe do factory reset through web menu, not sure if it makes any difference
connection is good now, below are the logs

What FW version is loaded on the CBR unit and RBS's? You need to make sure the RBS are using same level FW version as what's on the CBR unit:
For that size of home, you really only need the CBR unit and just one RBS.
I would turn OFF one of the RBS and test. Too Much Wifi: https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 for 2.4Ghz.
Cable modem is ok however the power on the down is too high:
https://kb.netgear.com/24311/Power-level-guidelines-for-a-NETGEAR-cable-modem-router
Need to ask the ISP to turn the power down a bit to fit better into specs. Or install a coax able line splitter or a -3db coax line attenuator.
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
