Yes, of course. Every time I replace a WiFi router I give the new one exactly the same WiFi name (SSID) and password as the old one.

I do the same thing. Use the same ssid/password whenever I change routers.
The only time I ran into issues was when I had a device that didn't support wpa3.
Otherwise everything has simply connected and worked.
