Change Registration Details RBR350

Question

Hi,Can someone help me please?My Orbi RBR350 was originally registered by an IT support guy who is no longer available. How do I change / re-register the router on my ORBI account to me as everything I've tried keeps sending me to ' I must log in under the now defunct IT supports guys email ID etc?'&nbsp;Thank you
