Hi there,
Thanks so much for your response.
Is there an adapter I can purchase that would allow me to plug my normal phone line into the Ethernet port of the Orbi router?

It would probably be most efficient to talk to NBN technical support about your options for telephone service.

Hi there,
The NBN have advised HFC is the only connection at my home, so the only option then is to get a modem/router with a phone line.
However, if the "landline" phone service is via VoIP, is there a compatible handset I could purchase that would be able to be connected to the Orbi via Ethernet?
Many thanks

It might be helpful to read about how the most common VoIP services work:

A significant percentage of people have abandoned their "land line" entirely and rely entirely on cell phones for communication. A lot of VoIP use appears to be concentrated in small business operations where employees "work from home" and a traditional PBX is not appropriate. It may take some investigation to find VoIP for the residential market.
