Connect to WiFi but not to internet

Orbi WiFi 6 mesh system working but I have two devices that will connect to WiFi but not internet
All other devices connect
Rebooted router / devices/ devices not paused on the device manager portion of app

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What devices are these. 

    Make sure SPC and Armor is disabled on the Orbi app. 

    Make contact with devices Mfr for help and support information regarding there products.
