Connecting Fios One Mini to Orbi AX4200 satellite via wifi

Hello,

I recent purchased a Orbi AX4200 Router and (2) AX4200 Satellites (Orbi Model RBK753S-100NAS) to use with my Fios home network.  

 

I set up the Orbi system per the Orbi / Verizon installations; disabling the wifi on the Fios Quantum Gateway router to use the Orbi network.  All works great except for the Fios TV One mini box.  I can't get it to connect via wifi without the Gateway router.  If I enable wifi on the Gateway I can connect via wifi but this creates a conflict with other devices on the Orbi network.

 

Verizon hasn't been any help.

    Did you reconfigure the Fios TV One mini box to work with the new WIFI network? It is probably still looking for its former WIFI connection. You can use the My FIOS app.

    • Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your Verizon Fios router.
    • Enter 192.168. 1.1. ...
    • Enter your user name and password. ...
    • On the Main page, click Wireless Settings > Basic Security Settings.
    • Under Turn Wireless ON, select Off. At the bottom of the page, click Apply.
