Connecting RBS850 to RBR860

Hello,   I bought an 860 router to upgrade from my 850 (which I gave to one of my children).  I am trying to add my 850 satellites to my 860 router.  I understand that Netgear's website says that ...

The only satellites shown to be compatible with the RBS860 are the RBS860.  No others.
