Try resetting your NAS's network so it asks for a new IP address (from the Orbi). It might have kept an address when it was previously attached to your gateway/modem? Once your NAS has a 10.x.x.x IP address then it should be accessible via your Orbi network devices.

Thanks for the reply.

1) My NAS is connected into one of the ethernet ports on the Orbi router. It is not connected to the modem. Sory if I wasn't clear.

AT&T Modem --> Orbi --> devices

\--> NAS

2) Although my modem is also a router, I have disabled the Wifi and configured it to passthrough the traffic to the Orbi router. I don't believe the modem has a bridge mode. It's a Pace Plc Model# 5268AC

Not sure if your nas supports map drive, however can you map drive to \\192.168.0.11\volumename or sharename? This is how I access mine. '

Also I have a static IP address set on my NAS thats outside of the default IP address pool of my RBR. Pool size for me is set to 192.168.#.100 to .200 for my needs. Anything on either side of this pool is used for static IP addressed devices.
