This person seems to think Sky Q Mini boxes can be connected to networks besides Sky Q:
(Confession: my expertise with Sky broadband is zero.)
20 meters will not deliver the strongest WiFi connection. Typical recommendations are to look for a suitable location about 10 meters from the router. But, if it worked for months, then that's great.

with no change that should effect it
And that may be the issue. What could have changed that you are not aware of? Perhaps a neighbor installed new WiFi gear? Perhaps Sky changed the frequency used to connect their Q Mini boxes to the main router? According to the user manual, the RBR350 dual band system uses channel 108 (in Europe & Japan) for both user facing and router to satellite WiFi links. It appears that Sky uses channel 36, so there should be no interference. Is this still the case for your installation?
Intermittent issues are the very devil to troubleshoot.

My RBR350 uses channels 3 and 108, 108 seemingly being the one I currently use for the satellite I am having issues with, and according to the orbi app's WiFi analytics there are no other signals it can find using the same channels, so it shouldn't be interference, and also I doubt it is Sky as the main Orbi router has 0 issues and has complete connectivity. We have moved the orbi router closer by a few metres although so far it has not fixed the issue. It doesn't seem like it's interference issues so I don't know what to rule it down to

How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
- J0T_120Oct 13, 2023AspirantI have 1 RBS setup with the RBR, the distance between them is over 30ft (probably closer to 60ft) using a wireless connection. My Orbi uses channels 3 and 108, I do not know how to manually change them as it doesn't list it in the app.
I have noticed that the satellite I am having issues with is consistently swapping between a 5GHz connection and a 2.4GHz connection. Could that be part of the issue?- FURRYe38Oct 13, 2023Guru - Experienced User
Might bring in the distance of the RBS. Try 40 feet?
Change channels on the RBR web page at 192.168.1.1.
