Connection drops

We have had our Orbi RBR750 and 2 satellites for a few years now. Just this year (2024) we have had constant issues with the router going offline. All Orbi devices will flash white, have a solid white, or solid magenta light. When I called support, they told me that the only way they can help me is to pay for a subscription service (which I am totally against). I have tried many “fixes” but nothing seems to work for me. It’s extremely frustrating and if anyone has any ideas I am open to try anything. I’m not extremely knowledgeable in this field but I have tried the basic stuff that most people would. Please be patient with me if I am not understanding exactly what you may suggest. Thank you ahead of time for taking time to try to work with me!
