Constant buffering RBR750

Turned off RBS. No change.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try setting manual channel 1 on 2.4Ghz and 40 channel on 5Ghz.
Enable SIP ALG on the RBR under Advanced tab/WAN Setup.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
- So….after weeks of suffering thru Netgear techs, senior tech then Level Two tech, they decide to send me a new router. It arrived today. I followed all the instructions on setting it up. Now, router has solid white light and I can’t access my Orbi app because it says it can’t find my router. My devices will find and connect to the new network, just won’t work. My Level Two tech is off and I won’t hear back from him for a few days. Meanwhile I’m stuck with no functioning internet.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

- Not sure of manufacturer. It is from Spectrum. Model is EU2251.
Yes. Power off everything by unplugging modem. Plug back in. Get blue connection lights. Power up RBR , goes through pulsing white light Meanwhile I followed prompts on app (set up admin etc). When light went steady white I pushed the blue button on app. It directs to wait while my devices is connecting. Eventually it says Orbi router could not be found. If I go into my phone’s settings, it shows I’m connected to network, but no internet.

According to this web page, a solid white light means that the router is ready to set up.

I am totally old fashioned and prefer to configure routers using a computer connected to one of the LAN ports with a cable.
(There are so many features that are not accessible using the Orbi 'app' that I have never grown accustomed to using it.)

- Yes. Setting up from app. Until it gets to point where it says my Orbi couldn’t be found. Then app is no longer functional
