Constantly losing internet but still connected to Orbi.

Setup: router: Orbi AX6000 (RBK852 w/ Router and Satellite). internet modem: AT&T Fiber, Wi-Fi Gateway (Arris BGW210-700) - I have the AT&T Router/Modem setup as IP Passthrough and wifi turned off...

I have multiple devices connected to the router:

 - Apple TV streaming Youtube TV

 - Android TV streaming Youtube TV

 - Laptop surfing internet.

 

I noticed on my Android TV it would constantly buffer (more so than the Apple TV) even though the footage is behind a few minutes.  And periodically on my laptop I would lose internet connection even though the laptop is still connected to the Orbi.  Tried restarting the router and modem and still seeing the issue.  Anyone experiencing this issue?  Any advice would help.
