Contacted support and they tried to charge me $69 for support to fix their product from blocking connections! My RBR850 is only 6 months old and can no longer log into it from the IOS app, orbilogin-com.net, or 192.188.1.1. Says "Oops! You're not connected to your Orbi's Network", which I clearly am. Product works fine, I have internet and everything, just can't manage it now. This is infuriating that they would try to charge us for this support. Get your act together Netgear. I'm terrified to factory reset this $700 system to only brick it now since I have lost all faith in their support and product design.

This is solved by doing a factory reset on the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.
