One way to start is to describe what this system is connected to and the type of internet connection.

- The setup is that the orbi mesh router connects to a Verizon fios router via ethernet connects. The router connects ti an ONT box which connects to the internet.
I'd start with FIOS. "Hey. Why does your router keep dropping the connection to my WiFi system? Do I have to switch to cable to get good service?"
