It is certainly not obvious, but the way to send a private message to someone on the forum is to click on their Screen name (next to the picture), which will take you to a page about that forum member with an option to "Send a Private Message".
In my case, place the cursor on "CrimpOn" to the right of the picture of my cat and left of where it says "Experienced User". (sort of an inside joke where "Experienced" stands for "rode hard and put away wet.")

Now I’m not sure what’s happened but when I use the Orbi app to try and enable the Armor trial I get a failed to subscribe error. My subscription is present when I look at my hardware on the my Netgear site - BUT if I logon to Armor.Netgear site with my same account it says I don’t have any subscription and no routers are listed.
Spent some time talking to support who could not fix it. Tomorrow they suggest I do a factory reset and start again - arrrgh.- FURRYe38Feb 02, 2023Guru - Experienced User
What FW is loaded on the RBR?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What mobile platform are you using? Apple or Android?
What Orbi app version is currently loaded?
