Delay in internet loading a page or phone connection to Wifi with Orbi RBR850
I have an Orbi RBR850 Router with a Netgear CM2000 Modem.
Sometimes (multiple times per day) when I try to go to a webpage, a message pops up saying that the webpage is unavailable or cannot connect to server. Most of the time... there is just a 5 second delay or so and then the page loads on its own. There seems to be no pattern to any specific webpage. The same page may load perfectly several times in a row... then all of a sudden there is the delay.
This becomes a problem because some pages will simply cancel out if they cannot load quick enough. I can be in the middle of trying to make a payment for an item I am buying and when it starts to load the payment, the delay causes the transaction to be voided.
An even more irritating problem is when using apps on cell phones. They run fine most of the time... but then they freeze and give a message that you must be connected to the internet. When this happens, i can turn off wifi on my phone and immediately have the app or the webpage load with no problem. Then if i turn wifi back on, it works fine.
This has happned since the first day i bought this router. I thought it was because I was using a modem from my inernet provider (Shentel Cable)... but swiching to the newest Netgear router has not changed a thing. And during the time I was waiting to get my new router, my trial period for customer service ended. So i have not been able to call them about this. (I can't believe I paid this much for a router and modem and have to pay extra to get technical support for them!)
Anyway... other than the delay in connecting from time to time... everything else works great. When i use a wifi meter, i have a strong connection throughout my entire house. No dead spots at all that i can find.
FYI: this problem also happens on my desktop computer that is hard-wired into the Orbi. So it is not a wifi issue... it is an Orbi Issue. ALSO... my previous modem had additional ports on the back, so even while using Orbi, i had my desktop hard wired into the back of the modem (instead of Orbi). I did not have the problem once on my computer during that time. I also never had this problem with my previous router (which was one of the Negear Nighthawks). So I am 100% certain that whatever problem I have is coming from Orbi.
Any ideas what i can do to fix this? It is driving me crazy!
Thanks!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Is Armor enabled on the RBR?
Try using different DNS addresses on the RBR.
Do you have IPv6 enabled or disbled? If disabled, try enabling IPv6 and configure 6to4 DNS settings on the RBR.
This is the intermittent DNS problems that some Orbi AX owners experience: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/Intermittent-DNS-lookup-failures-on-RBR850/m-p/1978111
Any progress on this?
