Device not showing up under "Attached Device" in console

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What device are you referring too?
- Firmware 4.6.3.16
Modem is Arris bgw210.
The device connected is a Bobcat 300 Helium miner.Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

What browser are you using?
Does the Orbi app experience same thing with this device not appearing?
Is the device connecting to the RBR or RBS that you can tell? Look at the RBS web page as well.

- My modem has wifi disabled. I have ip passthrough configured and my orbi is in router mode.
I’ve used chrome and safari browsers on my windows, mac and iphone. I’ve also tried the Orbi app from iPhone. The device is closest to my rbr, but i can check the rbs page
