What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Distance isn't an issue. Less than 30 ft. I seem to have fixed it by doing a full reset of the satellite in question.

lf less that 30 feet, it's not recommended to have the RBR and RBS in less that 30 feet. The signal is strong enough to carry past 30 feet on either unit. 30 feet is recommended starting point or farther.

I don't know precisely how far the RBS is from the RBR. It's a room over from it on a diffrent floor of the property. The wifi signal drops off dramatically as soon as you leave the room the RBS is in though. I have 500mb line and in the same room as the RBS I can get 400-450mb but only 50-100mb in the room next door. I'm a little surprised and disappointed about it. Most of what I'd read about the system suggested the wifi signal would be a lot stronger and consistent than it's proving to be.
Both 2.4 and 5ghz channels are transmitting at 100% which was the power they were set to out of the box.
