DHCP Reservations Not Working on RBKE963 (WiFi 6E Orbi)

Whenever I try to set a DHCP reservation on my RBKE963 (in this case, for my desktop PC & a game console on my network), the devices just seem to ignore them and continues using their default DHCP ad...

    This has been an issue on Orbi for years. Sad to see the newest model exhibits the same behavior. My technique is to power off the affected device. Configure some other device with a static IP of the incorrect IP. Then, reboot the affected computer. Orbi will detect that the IP is already on the network and give out the correct one.
    Something that may not be obvious is that reserved IP's should be apart from the "pool".
