Does anyone have problems with openvpn? It suddenly stop working!

I’m using RBK853, and updated firmware to 7.2.6.21_5.0.20 a few days ago.

I’ve been using vpn service without any problem for about two years.

I even used it flawlessly a couple of hours ago.

About 30 minutes ago, it suddenly stopped working after I didn’t do anything…

The error I found in the log file is “server poll timeout”, meaning, in my knowledge, my router is unreachable.

I rebooted router, still no luck.

I redownloaded the config file but didn’t work.

I checked my DDNS status and found no problem.

Does anyone has a same problem?

 

  • Something to contact OpenVPN about and see if there are any issues with there services. 

     

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
