Download light blinking (download really slow)

CBR40  V2.5.0.24_1.0.8   I am having issue to where the internet is having slow download and upload speeds. I noticed that the download light if flickering and shouldn't be.    I will attach cur...

got a copy of the cable connections page? Shows upstream/downstream values

    Photos have to be approved by a moderator. Sometimes it's fast, others out takes days. Clock on choose file and add it by itself and we can see it right away
